DEI Realty is a service of DEI Realty LLC. The DEI Realty website (deirealty.op-site.net) is built and operated on DEI Realty LLC's behalf by Opscend LLC, which acts as its service provider (data processor) for the systems described below. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through deirealty.op-site.net, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the site you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and any message or details you submit through our contact, lead, booking, newsletter, or account forms.
- Account information. If you create an account, your email, a hashed password (we never see or store your password in readable form), display name, and profile preferences.
- Usage & analytics data. Pages you view, referring links, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and similar diagnostic data, collected to understand and improve the site.
- Cookies & local storage. Small identifiers stored in your browser to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. Why we use your information (legal bases)
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule appointments (performance of a contract / your request);
- create and manage your account and deliver the services (contract);
- send transactional messages such as confirmations, receipts, and service notices (contract / legitimate interest);
- send appointment and follow-up text messages where you have opted in (consent — see our SMS Policy);
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the site (legitimate interest);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms (legal obligation / legitimate interest).
4. Sub-processors
We rely on the following third parties to run the service. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us:

5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for the life of your account; lead and contact submissions for up to 24 months after last contact; billing records as required by law (typically up to 7 years); and analytics in aggregated or de-identified form. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. How we protect your information
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, hashed passwords, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the appropriate authorities of a breach as required by law.
7. Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers of personal data outside your region.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
