Terms of Service

You accept these Terms by using the site (including by browsing it via the links in our footer) and, where applicable, by checking a box or clicking a button that references them when you submit a form or create an account. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

DEI Realty provides a done-for-you website and business-tools service: we design, build, host, and manage websites and related tools on your behalf. Specific deliverables, scope, and fees are set out in the separate order, proposal, or agreement we enter into with you. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Where the service is provided under a paid agreement, fees, intervals, and refund terms are set out in that agreement. This public site itself does not process payments.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

You agree not to: (a) use the site unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to breach or probe our security; (c) scrape, overload, or disrupt the service; (d) misrepresent your identity; or (e) use the messaging features to send unlawful, harassing, or non-consented messages. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

We and our licensors own the site, our software, and our brand. Content we create for you under a paid agreement is owned as set out in that agreement. You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to us, and you grant us the license needed to host and operate them for you.

The service integrates third-party providers (such as those listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. DEI Realty does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice through this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEI Realty LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold DEI Realty LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
