Messaging Policy (SMS & Email)

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and follow-up messages, and responses to your questions. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number through a form on deirealty.op-site.net, or by texting us first. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in you confirm the number is yours and you agree to receive texts from DEI Realty at that number, including messages sent by automated systems.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, when you request an appointment or reply to a message). We do not send recurring marketing blasts through this program.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. DEI Realty does not charge you for the messages themselves.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@opscend.net or (630) 333-9073.

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or consent status, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is used only to operate this messaging program and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of your consent (including the date and the exact disclosure shown) to comply with applicable law.

We send two kinds of email: transactional email (such as confirmations, receipts, appointment details, and important service notices), which you receive because you contacted us or use the service; and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about DEI Realty. We identify ourselves clearly, never use false or misleading sender names or subject lines, and include a valid postal or contact address in our marketing email as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing privacy@opscend.net; we honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days, as required by law). Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages that are necessary to provide a service you requested.
